PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyurethane foam good in a foamed state by preventing foamable beads once foamed at the time of molding of the polyurethane foam from being subsequently collapsed and shrunk. SOLUTION: In the molding method of the polyurethane foam for charging a polyurethane raw material in a mold to foam the same, the mold 10 is filled with a mixed raw material P prepared by adding non-foamed foamable beads and an inorganic hydrate to the polyurethane raw material. The addition amount of the non-foamed foamable beads is preferably 5-70 pts.wt. and the addition amount of the inorganic hydrate is preferably 10-60 pts.wt based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyol in the polyurethane raw material.
