The device (1) has a pivot (10) integrated with a vertical pin (11) co-operating with an oblong groove (32) and/or a blind housing arranged in a spherical head (30) of a pedicular screw (3) so as to partially and/or completely limit angular displacements of a fixation connector (2) with respect to the spherical head of the pedicular screw. The cooperation is based on dimensions and external profile of the pin. An intermediate ring is arranged between the spherical head of the pedicular screw and the pivot.
