PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-scattering sheet that has high light-scattering characteristics and effectively prevents the occurrence of luminance unevenness and moire.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a light-scattering sheet at least has a coating step and a drying step. In the coating step, a coating layer W is formed by coating application liquid on a transparent support 16. The application liquid is formed by dissolving a resin material in a solvent. The resin material is composed of at least two or more kinds of mutually phase-separable polymers or monomers. In the drying step, a phase-separation uneven structure is formed on the coating layer by spinodal decomposition while drying the coating layer W, and rapid drying is performed such that the drying speed in the phase-separation critical density of the coating layer W coated on the transparent support 16 becomes ≥3.0 g/m/sec. |
