PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve capable of avoiding the shortage of grease as much as possible without replenishing the grease from the outside.SOLUTION: A cylindrical sleeve 71 is arranged so as to be positioned on a water passage side relative to a seal member 61. The length of the sleeve 71 is set so that the position of the end of the sleeve 71 on the water passage side is located at a position capable of covering a part on the surface of a rod 6 where the seal member 61 is contacted relative to the rod 6 in a fully opened condition of a valve element 2 even when the valve element 2 is brought into a fully closed condition by the movement of the rod 6. Thus, the grease is made to remain relative to the seal member 61 even when the rod 6 is reciprocated. |
