Disclosed herein are sprayable compositions comprising: a complex of (A) at least one charged (or pseudo-charged) polymer having a molecular weight of about 125,000 amu or more; and (B) a least one oppositely charged, rheology modifying, crosslinked polymer having at least one carboxylic functional group. The composition may provide a spray with a median particle size of less than about 175 µm. Also disclosed are methods for preparing the compositions as well as creating the spray. The invention enables the spray of the high molecular weight charged (or pseudo-charged) polymer in any number of uses including personal care and performance chemicals application. |
