PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component which enables the characteristics thereof to be prevented from deteriorating by preventing the influence due outgassing.SOLUTION: The electronic component 2 includes a base 3 having first conductive portions 33 and 34; an oscillation piece 11 having second conductive portions 12 and 13; a first member 14, which is covered with third conductive portions 25 and 26 coming in conductive contact with the first conductive portions 33 and 34 and second conductive portions 12 and 13, and which is provided between the base 3 and oscillation piece 11; and a second member 15 which is provided in a region surrounded with the base 3, oscillation piece 11 and first member 14, and which holds the base 3 and oscillation piece 11, wherein one of the base 3 and oscillation piece 11 has a first recess 171 in the region, and the second member 15 is provided in the first recess 171. |
