PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallax sensor, and so on capable of sufficiently increasing a feature value related to an illuminance change only by a simple lighting apparatus and reliably detecting an object, even if the object includes a wide plane, and so on such as a wall.SOLUTION: When there is the object including the wide plane, and so on in imaging directions of a first image and a second image, a pulse signal comparison circuit compares two pulse width pixel signals to be output by an adjacent voltage-pulse width conversion circuit, and outputs a positive directional difference and a negative directional difference of the two pulse width pixel signals as comparison pulse signals respectively, while irradiating the object with light having an illuminance distribution in which an illuminance is changing in a direction in which a parallax occurs between the first image and the second image. |
