PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an entire food inside a container to be heated equally by hot-air reheating, and to prevent drying of a contact surface between the food and container or a part contacting the air, when the food is reheated in a manner satisfying standards of a health maintenance manual for large cooking facilities based on the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and administered by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.SOLUTION: The container includes a top-open container body 1, and a lid 2 covering the opening of the container body 1 and forming a semi-sealed storage space by its own weight. In an internal exposure material including the storage space, a contact part contacting a stored food is made of a first resin material (A) having a relatively low thermal conductivity, more than 29% of a surface area of a non-contact part not contacting the stored food is made of a second resin material (B) with a thermal conductivity higher than that of the first resin material (A), and a thermal conductivity ratio of the second resin material (B) to the first resin material (A) is more than 2.7. |
