PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a stretched polymer molded form, which can determine the characteristics of a finished product such as finished product strength in on-line and non-destructive mode, with regard to a method for manufacturing the stretched polymer molded form, by stretching the polymer molded form by batch process.SOLUTION: This method is for manufacturing the stretched polymer molded form by gripping both end parts of the polymer molded form, each by a gripper and stretching the polymer molded form by relatively moving the grippers in a direction in which the grippers become apart from each other. That is, the method comprises a corresponding step to stretch the polymer molded forms for a plurality of samples, while determining the measurement level correlative with a stretching force required for stretching process, and correspond each determined measurement level with the quality of each obtained stretched polymer molded form; and a determining step to stretch the polymer molded form for production while measuring the measurement level correlative with the stretching force required for stretching process and determine the quality of the obtained stretched polymer molded form, according to the results obtained by corresponding each determined measurement level with the obtained quality in the corresponding step, using the measurement level correlative with the stretching force required for stretching process. |
