PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid at high productivity, the lid being configured so as to enable inspection using a metal detector and cooking using a microwave, improve disposability after use, excel in retainability for the opening of the lid when it is opened and resealability for the lid by its return, by forming the lid from a material containing paper and resin as its main constituent.SOLUTION: In this lid for instant food preparation, sealing the opening in the upper end of a container body, being a laminated body with no metal layer, and having the form of a sheet punched in a predetermined shape having an opening tab formed on its periphery, the laminated body is formed from at least a paper layer, an adhesive layer, a base material film layer, and a sealant layer in that order from the outside, and at least the paper layer is provided with plurality of perforations formed in a dotted line orthogonal to the direction in which the opening tab is peeled, but the base material film layer and the sealant layer are not provided with perforations. |
