PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant circulation control device and a vehicle cooling device, circulating cooling water of an appropriate temperature to each portion of a vehicle by a simple structure.SOLUTION: This vehicle cooling system 1 includes the refrigerant circulation control device 31 having a first pipe 311 provided with first refrigerant discharge portions 312a-d, second pipes 313a, 313b provided with second refrigerant discharge portions 314a-d, an actuator 315, and first refrigerant introduction portions 316a, b. The rotational phases of the second pipes 313a, 313b around a long axis in the first pipe 311 are controlled, and the optional first refrigerant discharge portions 312a-d and second refrigerant discharge portions 314a-d are allowed to communicate with each other, thereby circulating the cooling water to an optional portion to be cooled. Accordingly, it is possible to circulate the cooling water of the appropriate temperature to each portion of the vehicle by the simple structure. |
