PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a switchgear that can be operated so that connection devices including a transformer and a lightning arrester can be disconnected from the front surface of the switchgear main unit, while securing a necessary electrical connection.SOLUTION: The switchgear includes: connecting conductors 3 that electrically connect a main circuit apparatus stored in the switchgear main unit 1 to bus bars 10; connecting devices 4 arranged at the back surface 1a side of the switchgear main unit 1 further than the connecting conductors 3 and arranged toward the front surface 1b side of the switchgear main unit 1; and connecting and disconnecting mechanisms 9 that electrically connect or disconnect the connecting conductors 3 and the connecting devices 4 from the front surface 1b side of the switchgear main unit 1. The connecting and disconnecting mechanisms 9 are provided with operation rods 8 extending from the front surface side to the back surface side of the switchgear main unit 1; connecting members 6 which connect between connecting terminals of the connecting devices 4 and the connecting conductors 3; electrically connecting pieces including sliding contacts 3a, etc. which electrically connect between the connecting members 6 and the connecting conductors 3; insulating rods 7 which mechanically connect between the connecting members 6 and the operation rods 8; and operating apparatus 9a which drive the operation rods 8 back and forth. |
