Disclosed are a preparation method of amyloid fibrils derived from alpha-synuclein, and a method using the same. First, alpha-synuclein is incubated to prepare alpha-synuclein granules. Next, the plurality of alpha-synuclein granules are assembled to prepare curly amyloid fibrils. Curly amyloid fibrils can be easily generated together with straight amyloid fibrils formed by agitated incubation, through a membrane filtration process, and the formed curly amyloid fibrils can be variously applied in the nanobiotechnology field.
