PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan, an electric blower provided with the fan, and an electric vacuum cleaner, which ensure blade strength with respect to centrifugal force at high-speed rotation and provides high air blowing efficiency.SOLUTION: This fan includes: a doughnut-shaped front plate having a suction port formed in a center to suck outside air; a disk-shaped rear plate 11 having a surface opposed to the surface of the front plate; and blades 12 forming internal air ducts extending from the inner peripheral end of the front plate to the outer peripheral end thereof by partitioning the space between the front plate and rear plate 11 at predetermined intervals in a peripheral direction. The outside air sucked from the suction port by the rotation of the blades 12 is circulated from the inner peripheries of the internal air ducts to the outer peripheries thereof, and discharged from the outer peripheries. The blades 12 have rising portions formed in such a manner that thin-walled pieces with both the surfaces or one surface of the front plate and rear plate chipped away are made to rise, and the thickness of the rising portions is thickened on the outer peripheries in comparison with the inner peripheries.
