PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive form device for forming a through-hole, which does not produce waste, the main portion of which can be reused and which enables working to be performed on a job site depending on the kind of wall thickness; and to provide a construction method for the through-hole using the form device.SOLUTION: The form device for forming the through-hole is used to form the through-hole in a wall body. The form device includes a cylindrical external facing body which is made of a deformable material with a predetermined thickness, and an inner core body which is arranged in an axially removable manner inside the external facing body and which maintains a predetermined outside diameter of the external facing body. |
