PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect texture related to irregularities of an object without being affected by the variation and unevenness of the intensity of light radiated to the object.SOLUTION: A distance sensor 1 performs three-dimensional measurement of the surface of the object 10 without contact. A range image generation part 2 generates a range image for which a distance to the object measured by the distance sensor 1 is a pixel value. The range image is input to a texture evaluation part 3, and the texture evaluation part 3 generates a co-occurrence matrix using the pixel value of the range image, and calculates a feature value indicating the texture related to the irregularities of the object 10 from the co-occurrence matrix. The feature value calculated in the texture evaluation part 3 is output to a display device 6. Also, the texture evaluation part 3 includes the function of generating a corrected range image for which the information of a discharge change which is not the irregularities for obtaining the texture is removed as noise from the range image and calculating the feature value indicating the texture related to the irregularities of the object from the pixel value of the corrected range image. |
