The medical packing comprises a filling pad (1), which is provided at the lower side (5) of an outer layer (4). The upper side (6) of the filling pad is water permeable and the outer layer is a water impermeable layer with high water vapor permeability. The upper side of the filling pad is totally or predominantly water permeable. The filling pad is made of artificial fiber, wool, non-woven fabric, or a gel, particularly a polyurethane urea gel, superabsorbent polymer and non-woven fabric.
