An outwardly directed flange part 5a is provided on a cap member 5 having a cylindrical part 5b with the shaft part being inserted therein, The carpet is held by both outwardly directed flange parts, a plurality of circumferential grooves are formed in an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical part so as to be arranged in the axial direction, and engagement projecting parts 7a are provided on the shaft part so as to be engaged with the circumferential grooves, and elastically displaced in the radial direction. Any difference in thickness can be handled by the plurality of circumferential grooves, and when the load is generated in the deviating direction of the floor mat, the load can be supported by the shaft part. Since any deformation or breakage of the engagement projecting part is prevented, the engagement state for locking during the use in a long period is not degraded, and the reliably fixed state of the floor mat can be maintained. |
