PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate laminating apparatus and a substrate laminating method which can manufacture a touch panel which can input a signal with a light touch while preventing occurrence of a Newton's ring by accurately controlling a distance between faces of two substrates to be laminated to each other.SOLUTION: The substrate laminating apparatus 1 for mutually laminating two substrates at least either of which has a viscous layer or an adhesive layer formed in the vicinity of a peripheral edge part to form a space surrounded by the viscous layer or the adhesive layer includes: a chamber 2 allowed to be closed tightly; a pressurizing means 4 which can press the inside of the chamber 2; and a pressing means 3 for superposing and pressing the two substrates. |
