PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise measuring device which can easily and accurately identify a point of noise measurement, without having to use a criteria, such as a structure, a characteristic terrain.SOLUTION: A fixed station 2 of a noise-measuring system 3 has a first satellite positioning device 21 and a first recording section 22; and a mobile station 1 has a noise meter 11; a second satellite positioning device 12; and a second recording section 11. The first satellite-positioning device 21 is fixed at a predetermined reference point on the earth, and obtains reference point data by positioning the reference point over time. The first recording section 22 records the reference point data, in association with time. The second satellite positioning device 12 determines a position of the noise meter 11 by using signals from the same satellite as that used by the first satellite-positioning device 21 of the fixed station 2 to obtain the reference point data by positioning the reference point. The second recording section 11 records the level of noise, as measured by the noise meter 11, in association with a position of the noise meter 11 as determined by the second satellite-positioning device 12 and at a point in time at with the position was determined. |
