PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive composition for optical use, where the self-adhesive composition is used for a touch panel, a plasma display panel and the like and does not induce whitening after being exposed to an environment under high temperature and high humidity conditions and then returned to the condition of room temperature even when the composition is thickly applied and dried.SOLUTION: The self-adhesive composition for optical use comprises: 100 parts by mass of an acrylic resin (A) which is a copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 300,000 to 2,000,000 and comprising 100 parts by mass of a 1-18C alkyl ester monomer (a) of a (meth)acrylic acid, 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a copolymerizable monomer (b) having a hydroxy group and 5 to 30 parts by mass of a dialkyl-substituted acrylamide monomer (c); and 0.01 to 3.0 parts by mass of a crosslinking agent (B). |
