PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily separating/purifying hyaluronic acids with high quality at a high yield and in an industrial scale.SOLUTION: The purification method for the hyaluronic acid and/or its salt is characterized in that a liquid containing the hyaluronic acid and/or its salt is brought into contact with a filtration medium comprising a hydrophobic membrane.
