PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trowel, surely flattening mortar or concrete sprayed surface top in the periphery of an anchor head by easy work, for example, in the state where the anchor head projects upward from the mortar or concrete sprayed surface top of a slope quadrat intersection part for installing a pressure receiving plate, and to provide a slope reinforcing construction method and a slope reinforcing structure using the trowel.SOLUTION: The trowel includes: a cylindrical body 22 having a lower opening 21 loosely fitted to a head j of a bar-like member 6 such as an anchor; a plate-like member 23 provided at the outside periphery of the lower opening 21, the lower surface 23b of which is flat; and a grip 24 connected to the upper part of the cylindrical body 22. |
