Provided in the present invention are a relay link boundary indication and determination method and a base station thereof, wherein the relay link boundary indication method includes: a base station indicates to a relay node a boundary of a relay link in which the relay node locates; and the relay node determines the boundary of the relay link according to the indication from the base station. With the present invention, the utilization ratio of relay link resource is improved.
