PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a tilt deviation between a plurality of images obtained by a compound eye imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: A digital still camera includes two optical elements each including a CCD. A left image L and a right image R are obtained by the optical elements and inputted in a main memory (a step 43). Among straight line segments in the left image L and the right image R, a line segment in a direction close to the vertical/horizontal direction is assumed as a reference line, and an image including the reference line is assumed as a reference image (steps 44-47). A conversion parameter is calculated to match a tilt of the corresponding line in a non-reference image corresponding to the reference line with a tilt of the reference line (a step 48). The optical elements are rotationally controlled so that the non-reference image is turned only by an angle meeting an adjustment parameter obtained by multiplying the conversion parameter by α (0<α<1) (steps 49, 50). |
