<p>Disclosed is a sheet for preventing Newton's rings (1) that has preventive properties against Newton's rings and glare even in a variety of displays that have even higher definition, and that is also highly durable. The layer of recessions and projections (3) is formed by tightly arranging a plurality of structures (2) in a lattice-like formation. The structures (2) are substantially formed with a polymeric resin and have a peak (P). Here, the axis extending in the vertical direction (the x-direction) when the sheet (1) is viewed in plan is the x-axis, and the axis extending in an orthogonal direction to the x-axis (the y-direction) is the y-axis. In addition, an arbitrarily defined structure from among all of the structures (2) forming the layer of recessions and projections (3) is a base structure (2a), and structures that are adjacent to the base structure (2a) along the x-axis and the y-axis are other structures (2b, 2c).
