The assembly has a central screw fastening a rotor (2) at a cam shaft. Inner circumference (12) of a hub part (8) with a central bore (14) is provided to receive the central screw. Two radial channels are provided in the hub part, and radially extended wings (10) are arranged around external periphery (16) of the hub part. A short axial channel is connected with an oil distribution chamber between the inner circumference of the hub part and the central screw, where the short axial channel is connected with one of the radial channels. An independent claim is also included for a cam shaft adjustable system comprising a cam shaft comprising circular discharge openings of camshaft side oil passages, which are aligned with inlets at a rotor.
