PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transformer type high-voltage power supply device which can be controlled at a high resolution without using an integrated circuit of a fine process rule, in the digital control of a piezoelectric transformer.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric transformer type high-voltage power supply device has a plurality of multipliers 2055 in a digital element, switches multiplication clocks different in multiplications factor output from the plurality of multipliers, according to an output value of the piezoelectric transformer 101, and generates a pulse for driving the piezoelectric transformer. The piezoelectric transformer type high-voltage power supply device allows the number of multiplications to be programmably selectable, has a large number of feasible drive pulse frequencies of the piezoelectric transformer, and outputs a target voltage value from the piezoelectric transformer by selection and switching. |
