PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for renewal of a hydraulic elevator in which an existing hydraulic jack is not removed, a hydraulic jack is formed integrally with a counterweight frame, and the existing hydraulic jack is used as part of a counterweight.SOLUTION: Counterweight rails are installed on the hoistway wall sides of jack rails, respectively, a hoisting machine base is installed between the counterweight rails and between the jack rails, and a hoisting machine and a rope fixing part are installed on the hoisting machine base. A push-up wheel at the upper part of the hydraulic jack is removed, the hydraulic jack is retracted and integrally assembled with the counterweight frame, and additional weights are loaded on the counterweight frame. A counterweight suspension wheel is attached to the counterweight frame, and a noble car side rope fixing beam is installed between car support beams. The novel car side rope fixing beam is tightened to one end of the main rope wound around the pulley of the hoisting machine. The other end of the main rope is fixed to the rope fixing part of the hoisting machine base through a counterweight pulley, and the existing hydraulic jack of the counterweight frame and the additional weights are suspended. |
