PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a toner for static charge image development allowing reduction in power costs as an entire image forming device and fixing at low energy and improving image storage properties after fixing and abrasion resistance of a fixed image; a method of producing the toner; and an image forming method.SOLUTION: The toner for static charge image development contains at least a binding resin and a mold release agent, where the mold release agent is contained as a domain with a diameter of 10-500 nm and contains fiber in a mold release agent domain.
