PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of a pattering sound in traveling.SOLUTION: A pressure accumulating mechanism 21 is arranged in a bottom side oil chamber of an inner cylinder. The pressure accumulating mechanism 21 is constituted of a covered cylindrical pressure accumulating case 23 fixed to a fastening bolt 16 of a bottom valve 14 via a nut 22, a partition member 24 for partitioning a variable chamber E variable in the volume between the pressure accumulating case 23 and itself and displacing inside the pressure accumulating case 23 in the vertical direction by following a pressure change in a bottom side oil chamber and an elastic disc 25 for applying an elastic resistance force to the displacement of the partition member 24. The partition member 24 is constituted of an annular plate 24A and an elastic seal body 24B. The variable chamber E formed inside the pressure accumulating mechanism 21 reduces the generation of the pattering sound when a vehicle travels by increase-decrease of the chamber volume in response to the pressure change in the bottom side oil chamber.
