PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line protective relay that properly controls on/off of an interrupt command output from a main protective relay by identifying whether a follow current interrupting type arc horn is in operation or not, according to a value of a zero-phase voltage, and prevents unnecessary delay and output of the interrupt command.SOLUTION: The transmission line protective relay protects a transmission line supported by a support, such as a transmission tower, by an insulator set including the follow current interrupting type arc horn. The transmission line protective relay includes a main protective relay 1 for performing a protective relay operation based on the quantity of received electricity to output the interrupt command to the breaker, a first means 2 of detecting a zero-phase voltage, a second means 3 of identifying a fault of at least two phases, a third means 4 of detecting fault recovery, a fourth means C1 of controlling interrupt output of the breaker by an output of the first means, the second means, or the third means, and a fifth means 5 of releasing control by the fourth means. |
