PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the reduction in a work and the improvement in a service by easily, objectively, and appropriately performing the work for conducting business.SOLUTION: A business management system includes: business processing means 8-11; a navigation data table 12 for storing a navigation operation title, a navigation operation procedure, and a business name combination record; and a navigation means 6 for supporting an operation. The navigation means 6 displays the navigation operation title in the navigation data table 12 to allow the worker to perform selection, displays the navigation operation procedure included in the operation of the selected navigation operation title to allow the worker to perform selection, allows the target business processing means 8-11 to be selected in response to an operation explanation included in the displaying of the selected navigation operation procedure, and repetitively conducting the procedure while the succeeding procedure exists. |
