PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control circuit which can perform fine tuning of a correction amount for temperature control deviation.SOLUTION: This temperature control circuit 51 includes: a power transistor Tr where collector current Ic is controlled by base voltage Vb; a TH1 (first thermo-sensitive element) for detecting heat generating temperature of the power transistor Tr; a TH2 (second thermo-sensitive element) exhibiting a nonlinearity of resistance versus temperature characteristic due to a negative temperature coefficient; a TH3 (third thermo-sensitive element) exhibiting a linearity of resistance versus temperature characteristic due to a positive temperature coefficient; and Q1 (differential amplifier) for outputting base voltage Vb supplied to the power transistor Tr based on results (voltage values) detected from TH1, TH2 and TH3.
