PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet device capable of improving a dimensional precision and stably holding an iron core in a coil winding process, and a manufacturing method of the electromagnet device and a relay.SOLUTION: The electromagnet device is provided with an iron core 20 of a plate shape in which, a coil 30, a winding body part 21 which is arranged along a central axis 34 of the coil 30 and on which the coil 30 is wound around, and wide width parts 23 which are arranged on both ends in a central axis 22 of the winding body part 21, are formed in a one body, an insulation member 32 arranged between the coil 30 and the winding body part 21 so as to surround the winding body part 21, a pair of spools 50 arranged between the pair of the wide width parts 23 and the winding body part 21, and a pair of yokes 60 which, while contacting with the surface of the pair of the wide width parts 23, are arranged upright in a thickness direction of the iron core 20. The external shape of the surface of the wide width part 23 is formed larger than the external shape of the contact face 66 of the yoke 60 to the wide width part 23. |
