Disclosed are peptides and immunogenic compositions comprising analogs of peptides corresponding to Class I MHC-restricted T cell epitopes. Also disclosed is the use of the peptides in medicaments for amplifying a CTL response and for entraining a Class I MHC-restricted T cell response.
