The invention relates to a machine for three-dimensional profiling of pipes meant to be used in any precision construction. According to the invention, the machine comprises a bedframe (A) having three welded segments (1, 2 and 3), where, on the first segment (1) of the bedframe (A) there are fixed two arms (C and D), namely a fixed arm and a mobile arm, respectively, and a mechanism (G) for the actuation of the mobile arm, on the second segment (2) of the bedframe (A) there is mounted a hydraulic servo-engine (MH3) and on the third segment (3) of the bedframe (A) there is a hydraulic installation (K), and on the three segments (1, 2 and 3) of the bedframe (A) there is placed a base plate (B) having the role of supporting the guides of a mechanism (F) for the translation and rotation of the pipe, as well as a mechanism (E) for the translation and positioning of the internal gauge, a translation mechanism (H) for positioning the external half-gauge, a mechanism (I) for positioning the external supporting rolls, a mechanism (J) for translation and positioning of the internal supporting roll, an electric equipment (L), a control equipment (M) and a measuring equipment (N). |
