[1,2,4]Triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole derivative as inhibitors of c-Met

Disclosed herein are [1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole derivatives of formula (Ia), wherein the substituents are defined in the specification, methods for their preparation and compositions comprising said compounds. The compound are useful inhibitors of c-Met and therefore are also useful in the treatment/lessening the severity of proliferative disorders in a patient such as gastric adenocarcinoma, gliobastoma, renal cancer, small cell lung carcinoma, colon cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, brain cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, or a myleoproliferative disorder.
