PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably heat the lower body or/and the upper body of a person sitting in a chair for one person by coupling to a part of the chair. SOLUTION: A post-installation electric warmer for the chair later includes an electric blanket (A) in a roughly rectangular contour shape having a width corresponding to the seat surface (33) of the chair (C) and a soft wrapping bag (B) for housing the electric blanket so as to be freely taken in and out, one flexible heater wire (H) is clamped in a meandering wiring form and integrated in a pair of front and back nonwoven fabrics (12a) (12b) to be the inner cotton of the electric blanket, and a control unit (U) freely detachably connected to the connection terminals (23a) (23b) of the heater wire is lead from the wrapping bag to the outside. Further, the wrapping bag is coupled to parts such as the post, the backrest, or the like of the chair by a plurality of binding cords (32a) (32b), the heater wire of the electric blanket is energized from the insertion plug (26) of the control unit, and thus the lower body or/and the upper body of the person sitting in the chair for one person is heated.
