Disclosed are a method for controlling Internet services, and a relevant device and system. Wherein, a method for controlling Internet services is applied to a terminal device deploying an Internet service client. The method includes: monitoring the type of messages that the Internet service client is ready to send to an application server via an air interface; when detecting that the transmitted message is a heartbeat message or a polling message, intercepting the heartbeat message or the polling message; wherein, the application server is used for processing services corresponding to the Internet service client, and also performs communications with a second service proxy function entity through a second communication channel, and the second communication channel does not include an air interface channel, and the second service proxy function entity which is proxy for the Internet service client sends the heartbeat message or the polling message to the application server. The solutions of the embodiments of the present invention are advantageous to solve the problem existing in the prior art that air interface resources are greatly occupied by mobile Internet services. |
