PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing system for improving compression efficiency by optimizing generation of a weighted measurement matrix. SOLUTION: In order to compress and decompress a signal that is coarse in a frequency domain, a signal processing system includes: an A/D converting unit; a controller for generating a random measurement matrix generation parameter and a weighted matrix generation parameter; a random measurement matrix generator for generating a random measurement matrix on the basis of the random measurement matrix generation parameter; a weighted matrix generator for generating a weighted matrix on the basis of the weighted matrix generation parameter; a weighted measurement matrix generator for generating a weighted measurement matrix using the weighted matrix and the random measurement matrix; a compression sensing unit for compressing a digital signal outputted from the A/D converting unit using the weighted measurement matrix; and a signal decompressing unit for decompressing the digital signal using the weighted measurement matrix for the compressed digital signal, and notifying an output of a decompression result and the decompression result to the controller.
