摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatography quantitative measuring method of excellent operability. SOLUTION: In the method of quantitatively measuring density of an analysis object contained in a test solution from a signal obtained by irradiating a chromatography test piece with light beams emitted from a light source, the test piece including: a development layer developing the test solution; a reagent fixing part formed by fixing a reagent for the measurement object in the test solution to part of the development layer; a labeled reagent holding part formed by holding the labeled reagent soluble by development of the test solution to the other part of the development layer; and an original part excluding the reagent fixing part and the labeled reagent holding part from the development layer, and by optically detecting the signal using transmitted light or reflected light from the chromatography test piece, insufficiency of the addition amount of the test solution and poor development of the chromatography test piece are determined from the detected signal obtained by irradiation of the light beams, at a downstream end of the original part on the chromatography test piece added with the test solution.
