PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus and a wireless communication system wherein the processing speed can be improved. SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus 200 includes reception units 210-212 which receive a first frame of a first length Lframe, a first storage unit 231 which stores the first frame, a transfer amount decision unit 230 which sets a third length to be a second length Lhead_max when the second length Lhead_max decided based on the wireless system is smaller than or equal to the first length Lframe, and sets the third length to be a value not more than the first length Lframe when it is larger than the first length, and a first transfer control unit 230 which transfers transfer information including first information of the third length in the first frame to a first memory 223, and transfers the first frame by the first length to a second memory 224.
