<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a difficulty level calculation device that calculates a difficulty level of performance of a musical instrument more precisely compared to the determination of difficulty level based on performing technique and performing procedure obtained from information about musical score. <P>SOLUTION: The difficulty level calculation device, which calculates a difficulty level of performance of a musical piece using a musical instrument based on music data representing arrays of a plurality of sounds, includes: a sound number detection means for detecting the number of sounds per predetermined time based on the music data; and a difficulty level calculation means for calculating the difficulty level of performance of the musical instrument based on the number of sounds detected by the sound number detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
