PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control method, base station and mobile station for saving power of the mobile station when combining handover control and DRX control.

SOLUTION: In a radio communication system including a plurality of base stations and at least one mobile station, the base station determines a plurality of DRX cycles having an equal receiving term and different non-receiving term and notifies the DRX cycles to the mobile station.
