PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing film for a solar cell and a solar cell using the same which suppress degradation of an insulation property in a high-temperature environment, improves adhesiveness, and prevents yellowing. SOLUTION: The sealing film for a solar cell includes an ethylene-polar monomer copolymer, and a silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent contains a silane coupling agent (A) having an amino alkyl group at a terminal and a silane coupling agent (B) having no amino group.
