PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate voltage controller for a voltage-type inverter, capable of correcting an error of a mean output voltage due to a dead time without using a current detector for detecting the output value of the inverter device.
SOLUTION: In the gate voltage controller for a voltage-type inverter having a configuration in which switching elements Q1-Q6 each having an antiparallel diode are connected in series, the switching elements: have current detecting sections 29 which have current detecting terminals Es for outputting small detecting currents related to main currents, and detect currents flowing through the current detecting terminals Es; gate voltage control sections 6H, 6L for controlling gate voltages applied to gates of the switching elements; and gate voltage correcting sections 12 for changing the pulse widths of the gate voltages of the gate voltage control sections in a subsequent switching period, depending on whether the current detecting section detects a current or not when the gate voltage is applied to the switching element.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
