A testing method and a testing device of a monthly charge are provided. The testing method of the monthly charge includes: selecting one user which has subscribed to a product needing be charged; obtaining, according to the user information, user's subscription data on the product needing be charged; and testing a monthly charge of the user according to the subscription data, and obtaining a charge test result. The testing device of the monthly charge includes: a user selecting unit, configured to select one user which has subscribed to a product needing be charged; a subscription data obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to the user information, user's subscription data on the product needing be charged; and a testing unit, configured to test a monthly charge of the user according to the subscription data obtained by the subscription data obtaining unit, and obtain a charge test result. Thereby, the test of the monthly charge can be realized. |
