<p>The method involves producing electromagnetic alternating field by an exciter, and selecting power of the exciter by a user. Temperatures of an induction stove are detected in an area of two different measuring positions by two temperature sensors, respectively, and the temperatures are converted into two temperature signals. Temporal change of the temperature signals is determined from the temperature signals using a controller, and the power of the exciter is controlled by the controller depending on the temperature signals and the temporal change of the temperature signals. An independent claim is also included for a device for controlling power supplied to an induction stove comprising two temperature sensors provided in an area of a cooking zone.</p> |
