FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: in order to correct antibiotic therapy in patients of cardiosurgical profile in early post-operation period, starting from 2-14 day after operation on heart, performed in conditions of artificial blood circulation, samples for microbial flora analysis are taken from not less than five different area from the following group: skin of palm surface of hand, skin in area of elbow bend, skin in zone of post-operation suture, skin in zone of contact with medicinal and/or diagnostic devices, surfaces of said devices in zone of contact with upper half of body. Composition of microbial flora is samples is analysed. If in at least one probe Gram-negative microorganisms, related to at least one of the following genera Pseudomonas spp, Acinetobacter spp, Klebsiella spp, Enterobacter spp, Serratia spp, Citrobacter spp, Escherichia spp and/or S.Aureus, are isolated, estimation of their sensitivity to antibiotics, obtained by patient, and/or antibiotics-candidates for inclusion into antibiotic therapy, is carried out. For correction of antibiotic therapy selected is the antibiotic or antibiotics, to which isolated microorganisms are sensitive. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to correct antibiotic therapy in post-operation period adequately before development of infectious process or at the background of severe somatic state of patient in case of unsuccessful antibiotic therapy due to detection and estimation of individual sensitivity of microorganisms-contaminants with simplicity of diagnostics excluding labour-consuming and expensive procedures for inoculation of microorganisms from biological fluids and prevention of complications, induced by necessity of repeated blood sampling, which does not aggravate intra-operation blood loss and does not create conditions for development of hospital bacteremia. ^ 2 ex |
